Smabouche helps users practice conversations. For younger users, parental or guardian guidance is important.
1. Minimum age
Smabouche is not intended for children under 13. Users under 13 must not create an account or use the platform.
2. Users aged 13 to 17
Users aged 13 to 17 should use Smabouche only with permission from a parent, guardian, teacher, or responsible adult.
3. Guidance for adults
Adults should explain that AI may be inaccurate, outcomes are not guaranteed, and sensitive personal details should only be shared when necessary.
4. Schools and youth organizations
Organizations using Smabouche are responsible for consent, supervision, safeguarding, and data protection procedures.
5. Safety escalation
If a young person is at risk of harm, use qualified safeguarding channels and emergency support. Smabouche should not be the main source of crisis help.
