This policy explains how conversation data is processed in Smabouche AI features and the controls we use to protect user information.

1. Data processed by AI

We may process scenarios, selected personas, user-entered messages, AI replies, coaching notes, summaries, and reports to deliver product features.

2. Why data is processed

  • Generate conversation simulations.
  • Provide coaching and feedback.
  • Create summaries and reports.
  • Detect misuse and improve reliability.

3. Sensitive information

Avoid entering passwords, bank details, medical records, legal case details, or highly specific personal identifiers where not necessary.

4. Model training and data use

We do not sell personal conversation content and do not use it for advertising. We may use anonymized or aggregated patterns to improve platform safety and product quality.

5. Human review and limitations

Authorized staff may review content only for support, security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. AI responses can be inaccurate and should be treated as practice support, not final professional advice.
