Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to paid plans, subscriptions, credits, and premium features offered by Smabouche.
1. Free plans
Free plans do not require cancellation and do not create refund eligibility.
2. Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions continue until cancelled. Pricing, billing cycle, feature access, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel in account settings, billing portal, or by emailing info@toprow.ai. Cancellation stops renewal but usually does not refund prior payments unless required by policy or law.
4. Refund guidance
- Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the billing period starts.
- Annual plans may be refundable within 14 days if usage is not heavy.
- Refund exceptions may apply for billing errors, duplicate charges, major technical failure, or legal rights.
